Responsibilities :
- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
- Escalate issues to headquarter teams in New York and Japan as necessary.
- Maintain store IT systems and react immediately if any system goes down.
- Responsible for maintaining POS, Laptops, Printers, iOS devices, digital signage and store network.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
- Communicate directly with store teams to notify them of upcoming changes, technician visits or deliveries.
- Provide onsite support for new store openings.
Requirements :
This role will be based in Los Angeles and will report to the IT team based in New York. It's very important that the candidate be able to work independently.
Working conditions
Salary : $88,000 - $100,000
