UNIQLO Global Creative Lab New York is looking for a temporary Experiential Producer
to lead the delivery of high-profile experiential events for UNIQLO. We are looking for an experienced, Experiential Producer with a robust background in conceptualizing, planning, and executing experiential events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and execute event strategies from concept through to execution, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Develop and manage all structure, timelines, complex budgets and overall projects organization in collaboration with brand management team / key stakeholders.
Produce events from concept to completion – involving creative, brand management, marketing teams with oversight of all details for each event.
Collaborate closely with the internal team / / stakeholder on ground plans, floor plans and renderings.
Establish and maintain production schedules, while leading day-to-day communication with project managers, internal team members, vendors, and external clients to ensure that the projects are on time, within budget, and beyond expectations
Attend project meetings and creative work sessions / brainstorms; facilitate as needed
Oversee all spending to ensure fiscal responsibility; organize and reconcile project expenses in a timely fashion in accordance with company policies.
Clearly dictate needs and specificities to production designers and installers and oversee the quality control, safety and effectiveness of installations, fabrications, load-ins and load outs
Serve as the internal contact for the Uniqlo, presenter or venue and facilitate on-going communication
Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client’s needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely manner and clearly articulated to the internal team
Work with internal team to support all contracts, agreements and all clearances
Oversee all project logistical needs
Ability to collaborate with and challenge vendors on finding creative solutions to problems.
Oversee the on-site execution of events, including coordination of production staff, vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS :
10 years of experience producing experiential / event production projects within a marketing or communications environment
Familiar with the NYC market and are flexible to accommodate work travel to the areas
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Proven ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects
Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling and vendor negotiation
Knowledge of design, lighting, sound, video, photography and social media
Familiarity of venue building codes and standards and public space event permitting
Proficiency with Macs as well as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suit
Keen awareness of event industry
Hourly Rate : $60 - $75 / hr
- The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
