Job Description:
This role will be part of a growing team responsible for maintaining and supporting all aspects of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.
The Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Administrator is responsible for supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM & OTM application deployment administration and managing the SaaS Oracle applications.
This role will also require strong knowledge on supporting user access, auditing, and custom role security design.
In addition, this role requires experience in managing the Oracle application environments with supporting refreshes, outages, system monitoring, configurations, patching, and cloud infrastructure.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Effectively support Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM SaaS environments, configurations, user access and auditing, and instance patching.
Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications such as completing configurations, migrating reporting objects, and OIC objects as needed.
Support user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud, EPM and guide users as needed to provide proper access to proper functionality.
Manage auditing for users and access for ERP, EPM ensuring access violations are minimized in Oracle RMC.
Monitor Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM application performance, system architecture, and maintain reliability, integrity, recoverability, and scalability of cloud-based services.
Manage and maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, including provisioning, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.
Support activities related to patching/critical updates/downtime for ERP and EPM, and coordinate with cloud infrastructure schedules and policies.
Assist technical team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud instance configurations, integrations, and enterprise applications.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
5 years of overall ERP Administration Experience
3 years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, EPM)
Experience in at least one implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP)
Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is required
Experience in managing OCI services such as compute, storage, networking, and identity management
Understand integration patterns and OCI components used in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
