What will you do?
You will be delivering a customer service experience second to none, assisting the Service Advisors with a focus on parts. Your role will involve handling parts requests, advising on parts availability, and prioritizing tasks to meet business needs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include
- Answering phones and directing calls to the correct department
- Entering customer information
- Manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely processing and delivery of parts.
- Prioritize parts requests and parts orders based on urgency, availability, and customer needs, effectively managing time and resources.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate information and efficient workflows.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate documentation.
- Track and follow up on backorders to provide service advisors with timely updates on product availability.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, parts transactions, and service history.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective sourcing of parts while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with vendors to address parts availability issues, lead times, and pricing negotiations, securing competitive deals for the business.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure that parts are available for scheduled repairs and maintenance.
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service, always striving to exceed customer expectations.
