The Assistant Service Manager-Parts Counter person- Service Advisor will work with the Service Manager, Customers, Technicians, Parts and Service Advisors to assist customers with their vehicle concerns and advise customers on needed repairs and services. Making every effort to satisfy the customer in person and on the phone, reviews open RO list, writes and closes work orders, up selling and obtaining factory required training, and must maintain high CSI scores.
Help in the Parts Department and be able to look up parts to assist techs as well as technicians with determining part numbers, locating parts, receiving parts into inventory, and distributing parts to customers while properly documenting transactions. Help with conducting inventory control and maintenance package and ship parts back to the manufacturer when required, and complete the appropriate records Inventory control Determining appropriate inventory levels while ensuring periodic parts turnover Inventory Security Confirming that parts are appropriately coded so the dealership can claim a complete refund for unused factory stock.
The right candidate will have excellent customer service and phone skills, attention to detail and be a team player, helping us to support and maintain Integrity and Accountability and create an exceptional experience for our customers.
Requirements: Excellent Customer Service skills. Automotive, Parts and Service experience. Must have excellent time management skills and be self motivated.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Previous Ford Experience a plus.
