Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or relevant certification
- Proficient in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis
- Strong patient assessment and care planning skills
- Experience with crisis intervention and clinical counseling
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices
- Familiarity with working with children and families, including those with developmental disabilities and PTSD care
