Unique Homes Luxury Media is a full service agency that enables advertisers to reach luxury

real estate professionals and ultra-high-net-worth individuals through a multichannel mix of

online and print publishing, content marketing, data-driven programmatic tools, social media,

email and direct mail.

About the Sales Associate Role :

As part of the Sales Department, the sales associate plays the assist role in the expansion and

growth across our key customer base. The junior associate will work with other sales team members

to pitch new digital, performance marketing and print services to our existing and new clients. The

sales associate will also work alongside the digital, print and content marketing specialists to

oversee the execution of our customers' different media programs. We are looking for someone

willing to learn, be flexible, take on various tasks in helping drive revenue growth and

communication improvements.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do :

  • Help identify and qualify business opportunities by establishing and developing

relationships.

  • Drive renewals and ad revenue growth across our existing Luxury Real Estate customer
  • base - developing proposals, follow-ups, and performance measurement meetings.

  • Assist in leading client reviews, fact-finding conversations and new sales presentations
  • based on customer’s needs and feedback.

  • Manage negotiations to closure.
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of different advertising campaigns and
  • reporting, across all your assigned and some new accounts.

  • Perform quality assurance of deliverables to ensure adherence to strategy and
  • guarantee optimal content / campaign performance.

  • Keep up to date on digital marketing trends, technologies and market leaders, and share
  • this knowledge with colleagues and clients.

  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the
  • manager / supervisor.

    Qualifications

    Must Haves :

  • 0-2 years of Account Management and / or Sales experience in which you were
  • accountable for revenue growth and / or performance metrics.

  • 0-2 years of advertising experience across print, digital, PR or content services.
  • Sales, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, Marketplace, or a related area
  • experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

  • Advertising agency experience highly preferred, recent graduates welcome
  • What You Will Need to Succeed :

  • Must be outgoing and comfortable with executing daily outbound activities (i.e. 50 calls
  • and emails)

  • Experience building media plan recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail and being able to quality check their work to ensure that
  • mistakes are caught prior to delivery of the reports to the client teams.

  • Hands-on, problem-solving abilities – “can do” approach (someone who is a thinker and
  • a doer)

  • Excellent communication skills – written and spoken.
