Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time, on-site role located in Charlotte, NC. The Paid Search and Programmatic Display Support role involves managing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns across various paid search and programmatic display platforms. Responsibilities include keyword research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing data to inform strategy adjustments. The role also requires collaboration with the marketing team to align on campaign goals and deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications
- Experience with paid search platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and programmatic display platforms
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
- Keyword research and ad copy creation skills
- A/B testing and campaign performance monitoring experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- Google Ads and other relevant certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is beneficial but not required
