Unique Landscapes & Custom Pools is looking for a creative and dynamic Luxury Pool and Outdoor Living Space Designer/Sales Rep to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to design and sell custom outdoor living spaces, including luxury swimming pools, landscapes, and hardscapes. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, creating stunning designs that meet their vision, and managing the sales process from initial consultation through project execution. Unique Landscapes & Custom Pools, established in 2003, is a premier pool design and landscaping company serving Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Gilbert, Chandler, and surrounding areas. With four contracting licenses covering residential and commercial pool construction, outdoor landscaping, and general residential projects, Unique Landscapes & Custom Pools offers a seamless, turnkey solution for transforming outdoor living spaces into luxurious havens.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Pre-Contract:
• Professional client relations: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and goals.
• Site Visits: Gather project dimensions, take site photos, and collect necessary information for accurate designs.
• Design Creation: Use Structure Studios - Vip3D or other market-acceptable design software to create detailed, scaled 3D designs that meet the client's vision and budget. CAD software will be used for construction plans.
• Estimate Preparation: Develop project estimates and prepare for professional presentations.
• Client Presentations: Conduct professional meetings at the Unique Pools & Landscapes Design Studio to present designs and material selections.
• Contract Finalization: Manage the sales process, using DocuSign to finalize contracts.
• Sales Process: Leads are generated through SEO and social media marketing. You are also encouraged to prospect and develop relationships with custom home builders and other potential partners. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract finalization using DocuSign.
• Post-Contract:
• CRM Updates: Mark sold projects in the CRM and ensure that client progress is up-to-date.
• Sales Order Process Submission: Submit SOP through GoCanvas.
• Material Selection Submission: Submit finalized material selections through GoCanvas.
• Collaboration with CAD Team: Work closely with the CAD team to ensure accurate construction plans that meet city and HOA requirements.
• CAD Coordination: Provide CAD team with 2D drawings, 3D screenshots, and necessary DXF files through VIP 3D Pool Studio.
• Document Management: Ensure all information is submitted through Dropbox for team access.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Experience: 3 years of experience in swimming pool and/or landscape design, preferably with a background in sales.
• Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with the ability to build rapport with clients, discuss budgets, and guide them through the design and sales process.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Structure Studios - Vip3D or similar design software for creating visually compelling and detailed 3D designs. (Proficiency in CAD is not required.)
• Client-Focused: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to listen carefully and translate client needs into stunning designs.
• Software Knowledge: Basic software experience (Microsoft, CRM, GoCanvas, DropBox, DocuSign) with a willingness to learn.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly and professionally.
• Project Knowledge: Familiarity with swimming pool and landscape construction processes, with the ability to ensure that designs are feasible within budget and time constraints.
• Training Provided: Full training will be provided for software, CRM, and sales processes. Office training will occur upon hire with continuous on-the-job training.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license required for travel to client sites and meetings.
