What are the responsibilities and job description for the Asst. Director of Child Care Center position at Unique Little Hands II Child Develpment Center?
The Asst. Director responsibilities are:
Overseeing school operations including human resources, quality assurance, and facility operations.
Developing strong relationships with our families.
Adhering to all Unique Little Hands and licensing requirements.
Having a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
Having highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Having a deep love for children and a strong commitment to education.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree, BA or BS Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, Psychology or related field; 18 semester hours of completed coursework related to young children birth to age 8 will also be considered.
Prior Managerial Experience in a Preschool Setting is an absolute must.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Team Player

Completion of Health Screening and Background Checks
