We are seeking an Operation Supervisor to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee a carwash daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Supervise and train employees on proper car wash procedures.
- Schedule shifts and manage workload distribution.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
Operational Efficiency:
- Monitor workflow to maximize speed and quality.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of car wash equipment.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions.
Quality Control & Customer Service:
- Ensure vehicles meet cleanliness standards before being rented.
- Address customer or internal team complaints regarding vehicle condition.
- Conduct inspections and implement quality assurance measures.
Inventory & Equipment Management:
- Monitor and order cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of car wash equipment.
- Keep track of water usage, chemical levels, and sustainability measures.
Compliance & Safety:
- Enforce safety protocols.
- Conduct safety training and maintain proper documentation.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain records of vehicle washes, employee performance, and supply usage.
- Analyze data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Communicate performance updates to management.
