What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Cleaner/Technician position at Unique Pool Management?

Duties:
- Perform routine pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to keep pools operational and safe for use.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Report any issues to the supervisor promptly.
Skills / Requirements:
- Experience as a lifeguard, pool cleaner, or service technician strongly recommended, but not required (on-site training will be provided)
- Valid driver's license (Job contingent on having a clean driving record - an MVR will be run before job offer extended)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and report maintenance findings accurately.
