- Assist senior project managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from inception to completion
- Support the development and maintenance of project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Communicate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow and timely updates
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Help identify and resolve issues or risks that may impact project progress
- Maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting notes
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Assist in managing project resources and ensuring all team members are on track with assigned tasks
- Support project post-mortems to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role (internships or entry-level experience accepted)
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
