Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members

- Handle inbound and outbound communication (emails, phone calls, etc.)
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Order office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company events or meetings
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Perform general office duties, including data entry, photocopying, and faxing
