You will assist in managing office tasks, scheduling appointments, handling communications, and providing general administrative support to various departments. Your efficiency, strong organizational skills, and multitasking ability will ensure that the office runs smoothly. Responsibilities : Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring that all communications are handled promptly and professionally. Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, coordinating calendars for team members and executives. Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use. Maintain filing systems and ensure that all office documentation is organized and up-to-date. Order office supplies and ensure that the office is well-stocked and operational. Assist with invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and managing office budgets. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Support HR with onboarding and maintaining employee records. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees or executives. Assist with special projects and tasks as needed. Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
