We are currently seeking a Client Services Manager to join our growing team. If you are a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for client satisfaction, we want to hear from you!

As a Client Services Manager , you will lead our client services team and ensure that our clients receive outstanding service at every touchpoint. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving issues, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving the success of client accounts. This is a key leadership role where you will play an integral part in enhancing client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of client service representatives to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-priority clients and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure the timely delivery of services and resolution of any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with their goals and expectations.
  • Develop and implement client service strategies to improve overall client experience, engagement, and retention.
  • Prepare and present regular client reports, including performance metrics, recommendations for improvements, and other key insights.
  • Handle client complaints or escalations, working quickly and effectively to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve client services and maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client services, account management, or customer success, with a strong track record of managing client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs.
