We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Event Coordinator to join our team. If you’re passionate about planning and executing high-quality events, we’d love for you to bring your creativity and attention to detail to our growing events team!

As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that align with the company’s goals and objectives. You will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to deliver seamless events from start to finish. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong ability to multitask and manage complex logistics.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including corporate conferences, product launches, trade shows, team-building activities, and social events.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, accommodations, and vendor coordination.
  • Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure events stay on track and within budget.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create event materials, promotional content, and communications strategies.
  • Oversee event registrations, RSVPs, and attendee management, ensuring a smooth experience for participants.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers, securing services at the best possible cost without compromising on quality.
  • Handle on-site event management, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from setup to breakdown.
  • Prepare post-event evaluations, gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders, and analyze event outcomes to improve future events.
  • Maintain an organized system for tracking event details, including contracts, invoices, and project documentation.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination (corporate or social events).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
