We are looking for a dedicated HR Administrative Assistant to join our HR team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities : Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and organizing employee files. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Help with new employee onboarding, preparing welcome materials, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Maintain and update HR records and employee databases in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Assist with payroll processing by verifying timesheets and attendance records. Help manage employee benefits enrollment and maintain up-to-date records for benefit programs. Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist with performance management processes, including tracking employee performance reviews and follow-ups. Support HR initiatives, such as training programs, employee engagement activities, and wellness initiatives. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. Assist with preparing HR-related reports and documentation as needed. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred). 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or office management. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information. Positive attitude, proactive approach, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
