We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities : Assist in managing client accounts and act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients. Support senior account managers in developing and executing client strategies. Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure client deliverables are met on time and within budget. Monitor the progress of client projects, ensuring that timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are maintained. Help prepare client presentations, reports, and proposals. Participate in client meetings, providing updates and gathering feedback to improve service and campaign results. Conduct market research to help inform client strategies and identify new opportunities. Assist in the development and execution of client campaigns, ensuring they align with goals and KPIs. Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for clients. Provide administrative support to the account management team, including scheduling meetings and managing client documentation. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role (internships or entry-level experience is a plus). Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
