Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and increase engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and curate high-quality content, including graphics, posts, videos, and blog posts, to share on social media.
- Monitor social media conversations, comments, and messages to engage with followers and respond to inquiries.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and growth, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to incorporate new techniques and tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between social media and overall marketing campaigns.
- Help develop social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and ad creative.
- Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Plan and execute social media contests, giveaways, and other campaigns to engage with the community.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency in messaging and posting frequency.
