Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging, high-quality content (images, videos, copy, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.
- Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and manage community interaction across social media platforms.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align social media content with overall brand campaigns and messaging.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform content strategy.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including paid ads, to drive targeted results.
- Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners for collaborations and campaigns.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Track social media budgets, if applicable, and ensure campaigns are within financial constraints.
