Job Summary:
Enjoy Unique Stays, a premier vacation rental management company, is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Guest Ambassador to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional guest experiences across an estimated 50 properties across our portfolio. From initial inquiries to post-visit support, your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will ensure our guests feel valued and supported at every stage of their journey.

There are two short assessments that must be completed before being considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Booking Inquires: Guests will reach out with questions regarding property availability, location, pricing, and house rules. Your role is to guide them seamlessly through the booking process, providing the information and support they need to confidently make their reservation
• Pre-Visit Coordination: Facilitate a welcome call pre-visit to each premier guest and establish yourself as a point of contact for escalated guest communication.
• Guest Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to guest booking inquiries, pricing questions, and special requests, including wedding-related accommodations. Our current guest services team has both overseas virtual assistants and American supervisors who are primary contacts. However, your expertise will be needed to accommodate guests staying at our premier properties who have special needs during their stay.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns during their stay with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the larger guest services team to ensure consistent service quality and align on operational priorities. This includes relaying operational issues to our operations team members when discovering property issues that need to be resolved.

Availability:

• The ideal candidate for this role will need to maintain weekday availability to promptly address guest inquiries and facilitate a smooth booking experience. Additionally, given the nature of guest-related concerns, availability during weekends and evening hours is essential to efficiently manage critical issues as they arise. This flexible schedule ensures all guest needs are met in a timely and professional manner, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Reside in the Greater Chattanooga area with a strong knowledge of local attractions and hospitality trends.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or a related field (preferably in vacation rental management).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Familiarity with booking platforms and communication tools (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, or similar).
