Vacation Rental Cleaner/Housekeeper

Unique Stays LLC is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Vacation Rental Cleaners / Housekeepers to join our growing hospitality team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our vacation homes are spotless, welcoming, and guest-ready. Responsibilities for Vacation Rental Cleaner/Housekeeper:

• Clean and maintain vacation rental properties to company standards
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all surfaces
• Wash and put away dishes
• Wash, dry, and fold linens and towels
• Make beds with precision and care
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens
• Replenish guest consumables (soap, paper products, etc.)
• Remove trash and recycling
• Identify and report any maintenance issues
• Maintain and clean hot tubs, as needed
• Follow checklist and procedures for each property
• Create a clean, welcoming environment for all guests

Requirements for Vacation Rental Cleaner/Housekeeper:

• Weekend availability required (Friday–Monday priority)
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned properties
• Own smartphone and personal email address
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically capable of bending, kneeling, lifting 20 lbs, and standing for long periods
• Professional attitude and ability to work independently
