* You will manage all tooling and machine operations as per schedule without delay.
* You will ensure compliance with contract specifications for each project.
* You will effectively manage customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
* You will lead vendor selection, evaluation / audit and integration for business-critical tools, achieving 100 percent improvement in operational efficiency.
* You will validate the real time data provided by vendors for any discrepancy.
* You will develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring competitive pricing and quality delivery.
* You will plan preventive maintenance activities based on production plan.
* You will troubleshoot quality issues in parts and find the countermeasure.
* You will perform trial and error run for new dies.
* Moulding, casting, sheetmetal.
* You should be willing to travel within USA.

- Can expand later to stamping dies
