Position: QA Automation Architect/Lead
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in QA, with at least 5-6 years in a Test Lead or Test Architect role.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium for automated test scripting and execution.
- Expertise in BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) methodologies, particularly using the Cucumber framework.
- Expertise in leveraging GitHub Copilot to assist in automated test case generation and test script development.
- Strong experience in the finance, payments and banking domain, with knowledge of SCM and other related domains
- Proven experience in test process management, including test planning, metrics collection, and progress reporting.
- Solid background in test strategy and the ability to craft detailed test plans and estimates for large-scale projects.
- Experience managing onsite/offshore teams, with the ability to mentor, guide, and coordinate efforts across multiple time zones.
- Strong customer interaction and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Experience in test metrics development, with a focus on quality, productivity, and efficiency improvements.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including how testing fits into Agile workflows.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of test automation into the build process.
