JOB DESCRIPTION :

The Paid Search Manager is responsible for planning, optimizing and reporting campaigns to meet and surpass the clients' success metrics while also supporting the team where needed with other projects and planning. This person understands how search engine function; how bids relate to keyword performance and campaign efficiency so they can optimize and manage campaign budget allocation. In this role you will need to handle several different tasks concurrently which requires working closely with management, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and align objectives.

The Paid Search Manager will have solid communication skills and tactical hands-on experience optimizing digital campaigns. Data and analysis should come easily. You must be dynamic with your strategies and willing to adapt to the ever-changing marketplace. You think critically to solve problems and can always find a solution.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Has a progressive understanding of the interrelationship between paid search and other digital channels.
• Performs data analysis for reporting and initial commentary.
• Monitor paid search optimization, review advertising copy, landing pages and positioning to ensure brand management standards and accuracy.
• Report campaign findings and recommendations on a weekly basis.
• Assist with weekly forecasting updates.
• Aids in new campaign / initiative launches.
• Develop keyword strategies for new and existing audiences.
• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand search performance across global markets.
• Identify and analyze competitor techniques, as well as benchmarking performance against competitors.
• Executes tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
• Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns.
• Monitor budgets are pacing effectively, and tactics are being optimized towards relevant objectives and KPIs.
• Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.
• Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
• Leverage web analytics platforms to identify prospects actively searching for vacations and build a plan to convert.

Qualifications include :

EXPERIENCE :

Outlined below are the academic qualifications and length and type of experience deemed necessary by Unique Vacations Inc. in order to perform the role of Paid Search Manager competently.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

Experience : Five (5) years in advertising agency or similar marketing role experience, preferably travel industry related.
