Unique AI seeks an accomplished Senior Vice President to lead our US division. Following our remarkable success with major European financial institutions, we're positioned for expansion across the US. We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead this critical phase of our global growth strategy.
As SVP America, you will be responsible for building and executing our comprehensive market entry and growth strategy across the region. Based in New York, you will oversee all aspects of our US operations, including revenue generation, team building, market penetration, and P&L responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through direct engagement with C-suite executives at major financial institutions
- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives across the US
- Build and lead high-performing enterprise sales and customer success teams
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players
- Oversee regional P&L and operational excellence
- Serve as a member of the global executive leadership team
Required Qualifications:
- 20 years leadership experience in enterprise software/SaaS sales within the financial services sector
- Extensive network within the US financial services industry
- History of successful enterprise-level deals with major financial institutions
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful operations
- Experience managing P&L
Benefits Package: In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the range for this position is set between $350,000 to $400,000 as an on-target earning. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program.
