*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and possess a passion for helping others. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior plans and providing support to individuals in need. *Duties* - Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions with individuals - Collect data on client progress and behaviors - Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure consistency in care - Support clients in developing social skills and daily living activities *Requirements* - Experience working with children, particularly those with autism - Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and strategies - Familiarity with behavior management principles - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members - Ability to follow care plans accurately - Understanding of medical terminology for effective communication within the healthcare team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
