As a Company Driver for UNIS Transportation, you will transport non-Hazardous freight to our extensive clientele. This is year-round work, with consistent volumes picking up and delivering.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Pick up containers from the Seattle and Tacoma Ports
- Meet daily pick-up and delivery schedule
- Detecting freight damages at the time of pick-up.
- Able to work with handheld device
- Working in tandem with the company policies.
- Maintain company vehicle appearance.
- Completing all tasks as assigned by the dispatcher
- Should have excellent written as well as verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with co-workers.
- Familiar with receiving and shipping processes
Qualifications
- High School degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Pass Background Check / Drug Screen
- Must have a Class A issued by the driver’s state of residence.
- Must have 1 to 3 years of job-related experience as a CDL Class A driver.
- TWIC card is required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Able to work in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
