Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Implementation Engineer to configure, deploy, and optimize software solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of business processes to deliver seamless implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and configure software solutions.
- Install, integrate, and customize software platforms, ensuring successful deployment.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during implementations.
- Maintain detailed implementation documentation and client-specific customizations.
- Analyze client business processes and recommend best practices within the platform.
- Resolve technical issues, serving as the primary point of contact for escalations.
- Continuously improve implementation processes for efficiency and automation.
- Provide client training and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure successful solution adoption.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and client security requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or systems integration.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell), and API integration.
- Familiarity with databases, web services, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with software deployment processes and version management.
- Analytical & Process Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and business process analysis experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes or change management.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
