Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Automation Specialist with Full Stack Development and AI experience to join our recruiting team. The ideal candidate will design and implement automated solutions to optimize our full-cycle recruiting process, leveraging AI, workflow automation platforms, and full-stack development capabilities. This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented individual who can transform manual recruiting tasks into efficient, automated workflows while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automation Development: Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions for sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and other stages of the recruiting process.
- Full Stack Development: Build and maintain scalable web-based tools and platforms to support recruiting needs, including front-end and back-end development.
- Workflow Automation: Create and manage workflows using automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or similar tools to streamline repetitive recruiting tasks.
- Data Management: Develop systems for collecting, storing, and analyzing recruiting data to enhance decision-making processes.
- Integration: Ensure compatibility and integration of automated systems with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), and other tools.
- Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for automation tools and systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to identify pain points and develop tailored automation solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, automation, and full-stack development to ensure the recruiting department utilizes cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements:Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI-driven automation, workflow automation, and full-stack development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, or Flask).
- Strong knowledge of workflow automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration tools for connecting diverse software systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms for stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in or with recruiting departments.
- Knowledge of AI tools and platforms used for natural language processing, chatbots, and machine learning.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
- Certification in workflow automation platforms or full-stack development is a plus.
