We are seeking an experienced Service Manager specializing in Reverse Logistics, and Repair Services to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing various aspects of reverse logistics, repair, Installation and refurbishment services, with a strong understanding of in-warranty services including onsite and depot repairs, replacement services, and coordination with Authorized Service Providers (ASPs).
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of reverse logistics operations, including the efficient flow of products from customers back to the company for repair, refurbishment, or replacement.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline the repair and refurbishment process, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.
- Manage relationships with Authorize Service Providers (ASPs) to ensure adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.
- Coordinate onsite repair and depot repair services, ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues and minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer service, supply chain, and quality assurance to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reverse logistics and repair services, implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
