Position Overview:
As a UPS Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and transferring your existing FedEx accounts. This is a commission-only role, with 50% of the gross profit from each shipment generated. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to sell UPS shipping solutions.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to expand business.
- Educate clients on UPS services, ensuring they are aware of all available shipping and logistics options.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with potential clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience in logistics, shipping, or related industries is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
- Basic understanding of UPS services and shipping solutions is beneficial (training provided).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation:
- 50% commission on gross profit for each closed deal.
