Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect / Senior Developer Onsite Role
Location: Baltimore, MD
Interview: In-person
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 years as a ServiceNow Developer (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR, etc.).
- 5 years as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.
- 5 years integrating ServiceNow with other applications.
- 3 years leading development teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor s degree with 7 years of experience.
Required Skills:
- Project Management, Agile Development, and Requirements Management.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (preferred).
- Additional Certifications (any of the following):
- Certified System Administrator
- Certified Application Developer
- CIS ITSM, CSM, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, SPM, etc.
Desired Skills:
- Web Development (X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java).
- Java scripting for automation in ServiceNow.
- REST and SOAP web services.
- Business Rules, Workflows, Identification Rules, Workspaces, Portals.
- Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, LDAP.
- ServiceNow Developer Certifications.
- Project Management, Agile, or ITILv4 Certification.
