The consultant will be responsible for developing automated test cases in Tricentis Tosca - The consultant will act as a test automation and Tosca subject matter expert.
- The consultant will provide knowledge transfer to team members on an ongoing basis through the end of the contract. Knowledge transfer will be provided both in a meeting type setting and through written communication.
- The consultant will work closely with the Contract Manager as needed to ensure that the information is documented and placed in a file share for team members to access.
- Knowledge transfer may include structured training sessions where the consultant presents specialized knowledge of Tosca script authoring and best practices to the team in a collaborative training session.
- Willl work closely with automation engineers on the team as well as business analysts, developers, solution architects, and system testers.
- The consultant will work with staff to create a Tosca test automation framework that includes data and environment setup and is suitable to run with Jenkins jobs and with other Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) platforms such as Azure and AWS Pipelines.
- The consultant will submit to the contract manager a written weekly status report as part of this agreement. The consultant will also provide knowledge transfer to State staff on an ongoing basis.
- Knowledge transfer will be provided both in a virtual workshop setting and through written communication.
- The consultant will also be required to use ticketing and collaboration tools like Jira and Microsoft Teams.
