Clinical Therapist
Full Time
LSW / LPC - $55,000 to $68,000 annually.
Benefits start first of month after hire.
PTO is available at date of hire.
Annual bonus up to 8k
Unison Health is seeking an LSW / LPC. This position provides direct therapeutic services to assigned clients with mental illness and adjustment difficulties. These services are provided through individual, group and family therapy or through the diagnostic assessment process. This position also requires linkage and advocacy skills as necessary.
Education / Experience / Other Requirements :
- Requires a BSW in social work or a master's degree in social work or counseling.
- Prior experience preferred.
- Must demonstrate knowledge of mental illness, individual, group counseling skills, assessment skills, and crisis intervention skills.
- Must demonstrate the ability to define problems, analyze data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and make recommendations.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, commitment to provide superior service, and enthusiastic support for the mission of the agency.
- Must demonstrate personal integrity, the ability to develop and work as part of a team, and a commitment to the mission of the agency.
- Must be able to work with ill, disabled, emotionally upset and at times hostile individuals.
- Must be able to drive and be insured under the agency's commercial liability policy as a driver if hired in a program where driving is required.
