Unison Health is seeking a Therapist / Counselor to join our Crisis Stabilization team. The Crisis Stabilization Unit will provide short-term residential treatment to individuals experiencing a mental health or substance abuse disorder crisis. Responsibilities :
- Complete diagnostic assessments, develop / coordinate treatment plans, and crisis management.
- Provide individual and group therapy.
- Maintain accurate records and provide advocacy and linkage to services when needed.
- Communicate with team members, local law enforcement, and hospitals.
