***$500 signing bonus at hire; $2,000 retention bonus after completion of one year of employment. Additionally, those employees seeking Master's licensure will be allowed up to $250 reimbursement for the cost of study material and/or application/testing fees.***
Job Description: Performs assessments, treatment planning/monitoring and discharge planning. Provides counseling/therapy to clients requiring complex intervention. Performs, coordinates, and monitors the assessment, treatment planning process and follow up for each client. Provides social support needed to cope with mental health and addictive disease needs. Provides group therapy services to support individuals in their recovery. Position is part of a 4-year grant.
Job Schedule: Will work Monday-Thursday, up to 29 hours per week.
Competencies: Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria. Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates. Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques. Knowledge of various therapeutic models and intervention as directly related to area of assignment. Knowledge of crises intervention techniques.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old to apply. Master’s degree from an accredited program, licensure in the area of assignment AND two years of related post-license experience OR Master’s degree from an accredited program, license in the area of assignment AND two years of experience at the lower level. License (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or Addiction certification (CACII) preferred. Preference for experience with or knowledge of trauma informed, resilience-oriented care.
