Director, Information Tecnology
The Director of Information Technology (IT) will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining all system applications, network infrastructure, and security protocols across the organization. As a strategic leader, you will ensure the effective operation of IT services, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and comply with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. This role includes leadership responsibilities in IT staff management, security, and compliance, as well as ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of healthcare information systems.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive IT experience or experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, Access Server, MS Office, network administration, and general computer hardware.
- Supervisory or project management experience preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare setting and familiarity with ODMH, ODADAS, JCAHO, or CARF certification/accreditation is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; eligible for vehicle insurance coverage.
- Experience with the development and implementation of technology platforms in healthcare or social services.
- Willingness to travel as needed to various locations.
- CPI certification must be obtained after hire.
