Human Resources Business Partner
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in supporting both employees and management by delivering expert HR guidance, managing employee relations, benefits, compliance, and overall HR support. This role ensures efficient HR operations and alignment with company objectives.
Education/Experience/Other Requirements:
- Equivalent Experience and/or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration.
- 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or similar strategic HR role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with all levels of employees, from front-line workers to senior leadership.
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR technology.
- Willingness to travel to different locations as needed.
