Job Summary : RCM&D is currently searching for an Insurance Advisor in our Healthcare Practice Group. As an Insurance Advisor and Broker in our Healthcare Practice Groups, your primary responsibility will be client retention and development for a book of business with the opportunity for commission on new business. You will work closely with physician practice groups and healthcare organizations to provide expert advice and broker services for their insurance needs.
A Day in the Life :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, ranging from small physician practices to large hospitals.
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions, focusing on medical malpractice insurance programs.
- Collaborate with underwriters and marketing teams to secure the best terms and coverage for clients.
- Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes, particularly in cyber liability, regulatory defense, and executive liability (D&O, EPL).
- Meet personal and new business revenue goals as set forth by Client Service Team Leader and Division Director.
- Review policy coverages and identify cross-selling and additional revenue opportunities.
- Comply with all quality management, legal and regulatory requirements.
