6 months contract to hire The PCI Compliance Program Manager is responsible for the following results:
Program Strategy & Alignment
- Execute the Compliance program management strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to identify
- Collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to identify, prioritize, and balance investments across competing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year Compliance roadmap that aligns capabilities with business strategy.
- Partner closely with the PMO to ensure alignment of program to larger portfolio.
- Program Governance and Compliance
- Ensure compliance program operates within the company compliance and security governance structures and conforms with internal and external regulations including GDPR, PII and PCI.
- Establish and lead Compliance program governance frameworks, ensuring effective decision-making and transparent oversight of initiatives.
- Monitor program health and provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks across the program, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Implement successful risk management practices to minimize disruptions and ensure programs success.
- Evaluate the resource needs of each compliance project and work with senior leadership to secure the resources to maximize program value.
- Evaluate gaps in resources or capabilities and make recommendations to mitigate them.
- Own and manage the overall cost, schedule and performance of the program of Compliance.
- Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the program and the effectiveness of the program on organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to the program performance.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management and stakeholders on the collection of program performance, risks, issues, and opportunities.
- Identify and drive improvements to increase product quality, project cycle time, and reduce development costs.
- Communicate program strategy, priorities, and performance to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, department heads, project managers, and external partners. Cultivate relationships by being a trusted business partner.
- Develop, implement and maintain the communication plans for program statuses, issues, and risks for stakeholders at all levels and across all regions of the organization.
EDUCATION
The preferred candidate will hold a bachelor's degree business, law or in a related field; or five to years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
The preferred candidate has noteworthy experience in the following areas:
- 10 years' experience in program management, or related leadership roles.
- 5 Years of experience leading program management.
- Experience implementing program governance frameworks and driving strategic alignment across teams.
- Professional certification; SAFe Agile, Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent is highly desirable, demonstrating expertise in lean principles and methodologies.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate collaboration and communication across global time zones, ensuring effective coordination and teamwork.
- Must be able to talk about technical matters with business people and business matters with technical people.
