Job Title:  MARKETING COORDINATOR

Job Purpose:  The Marketing Coordinator will work directly with our Head of Marketing to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies. This role is critical in supporting email marketing, social media, blog content, CRM management, and internal coordination with our sales and design teams. You will be hands-on in gathering visual assets, managing our marketing closet, and assisting with campaign strategy and implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Marketing Email Creation: Assist in crafting, writing, and designing marketing emails, sequences, and responses to inbound emails via our CRM (Hubspot).
• Content Development: Collaborate on blog topics, support with writing, photography ideas, and blog implementation.
• Social Media & CRM Support: Work with the social media manager on content ideas and management and provide CRM support in Hubspot.
• Graphic Design: Make minor adjustments to graphics in Adobe Photoshop or InDesign.
• Strategic Marketing Support: Propose ideas and solutions for marketing initiatives, and collaborate with inside sales on campaigns.
• Asset Management: Serve as the point person for obtaining photography and video content for digital and social channels, and maintain organization of the marketing closet with physical collateral and promotional items.
• Team Collaboration: Serve as on-the-ground support, working with sales and marketing team members to ensure smooth campaign execution and cohesive brand alignment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1 years of experience in the commercial furniture industry, ideally in marketing or sales.
• Proficient in CRM tools like Hubspot (preferred) or other CRM platforms.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize projects with strict attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact professionally with internal teams and clients.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Problem-solving skills with a creative, proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Qualifications

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
