We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Ashburn, Virginia to support the ongoing modernization and maintenance systems for the Department of Homeland Security ( DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) program.
Qualified applicants may be subject to a security investigation and must meet minimum qualifications for access to classified information. This is a highly technical position; individuals will be screened by peers in a technical review of skills and experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
The candidate will be responsible for :
- Design and implementation of modernized cloud-based applications using Angular 14 & Spring boot Microservices.
- Support legacy JEE software applications on WebSphere.
- Work with users in an Agile development approach to understand requirements, elicit feedback and refine solutions through demonstrations.
- Present the solution at formal and informal design reviews and document the design according to the Government's system lifecycle methodology.
