Job Description: As a Deployment Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project management team. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Your excellent organizational and communication skills will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects for our Chromebook and PC Deployment Project Team.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain project schedules and track progress.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather information.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including reports and presentations.
- Assist in the management of project budgets and resources.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is a plus but not required.
