What You'll Do:
- Evaluate and Enhance Software Platforms: Assess existing and potential software solutions to ensure they meet our evolving business needs, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.?
- Collaborate Across Departments: Engage with various teams to understand their software usage and requirements, ensuring that technological solutions align with operational goals.?
- Develop and Implement Training Programs: Create comprehensive training materials and conduct sessions to ensure end-users are proficient with new and existing software tools.?
- Lead Software Implementation Projects: Manage the rollout of new software systems, coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful adoption.?
- Coordinate IT Initiatives: Work closely with our third-party Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) to oversee IT-related projects and manage ticket escalations, maintaining the integrity and security of our systems.?

Position Description:
Essential Functions of the Business Systems Analyst Role:
- Develop systems related training documents based on self-initiated interviews, diagrams, surveys and workflow analysis.
- Research and analyze all aspects of existing business systems as they relate to departmental practices and procedures.
- Communicate with heads of all departments about common systems frustrations, hindrances and other issues that interrupt their workflow.
- Create detailed plans for execution and implementation of new software and existing software enhancements, including budgetary guidelines and key personnel.
- Oversee the life cycle of changes to business systems and prepare detailed reports for executive management.
- Analyze current and future business processes, with the support and input of leadership, related to systems and make recommendations for improvement based on
industry trends and professional business knowledge.
- Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing software, hardware and IT processes.
- Work with leaders and end users to discuss reporting needs and create new and modify existing reporting to meet analytical needs utilizing Crystal, SQL, SSRS and other dashboarding tools.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent professional
experience will also be considered.?

solutions.?
- Project Management Experience: Proven track record in managing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within set timelines and budgets.?
