Who we are looking for :

We are currently looking for an Estimator. Reporting to the Estimating Manger, you will be responsible for collaborating with sales, project management and drafting to produce estimates and quotes from prints and design specifications.

What you’ll do :

• Prepare estimates and written quotes from customer provided drawings / specifications that meet project requirements regarding materials, labor, and schedule including responsibility for Bill of Materials (BOM) and cost estimates.
• Read and understand construction drawings, details, and specifications.
• Work with sales team to develop a proper design, CAD sketch and solution for our customer.
• Coordinate with outside engineers to stamp and seal submittal packages and manage vendors as necessary.
• All other duties as assigned.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $58,160 - $79,970. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
