What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Presales Solution Architect position at Unisys Corporation?
What success looks like in this role :
- Gather and analyse client requirements (RFI / RFP / RFQ) and volumetrics (e.g. locations, SLA's, contacts and events count, AHT, ToT, etc,).
- Set solution and pricing strategy, work independently to develop effort and cost estimates including assumptions, risk and contingency approach.
- Develop client facing proposals including service overview, technology architecture, detailed service description and client benefits / outcomes.
- Lead the solution reviews and obtain approvals from key stakeholders prior to submission.
- Participates to client facing meetings (solution presentation, solution workshops) and contract negotiations, develop client SoW
You will be successful in this role if you have :
Bachelor's degree, in business, finance, or technology or equivalent
Strong english language skills, German would be seen as very beneficial
8 to 10 years' experience in End User Managed Services / Digital Workplace Services (e.g. End User Service Desk, Field Services and Supply Chain, End User Device Management, Productivity and Collaboration), pre-sales solution architect preferred.
Has a good understanding of competitive landscape, products and / or services
Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience in pre-sales solution design for end user services, proposal development, design review & design trade off decisions, winning theme development, and presentation skills
Experience developing cost / benefit analysis and determining the risk associated with a given solution
