- Provides sales-related transactional and administrative advice and assistance as requested across the organization.
- Works with Sales & Sales Excellence team members and management to identify and resolve administrative, process and procedural issues impacting overall sales effectiveness.
- Ensures effective support is provided to Sales & Sales Excellence teams in areas including:
o Information input and management,
o RFP / RFI response, and
o Proposal and contract documentation.
- Ensures that appropriate records, required reports and related administrative functions are accurate and up to date.
- Works cross-functionally to support sales transactional, administrative, logistics and other processes.
- Contributes ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes and procedures.
