What You’ll Be Doing:
- Backend Development: Build and enhance Java applications using Spring Boot.
- AWS DevOps: Manage deployment pipelines, optimize our AWS environment, and oversee CI/CD processes.
- Ownership & Leadership: Act as a key individual contributor who takes ownership, prioritizes backlog, and adapts to shifting needs.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work cross-functionally with teams to deliver impactful, high-quality solutions.
- Bonus: If you have experience in Angular/UI development, you’ll contribute to the 15% of frontend requirements for our custom applications.
What We’re Looking For:

- Strong backend development experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing applications in AWS environments.
